Korina Nova Limited provides principal investment and capital raising support for selected projects. We focus on clear execution, disciplined structuring, and alignment of interests.

We invest our own capital and co-invest with partners across food production and financial infrastructure (including pay-in-4 instalment payment systems). We engage selectively and evaluate opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

Our history

2004

Korina BG is established in Bulgaria and grows into a substantial industrial enterprise in food production and trade.

2004–2025

Two decades of continuous operations, building production capacity, logistics and market presence.

October 2025

Korina Nova Limited (Ireland) acquires the enterprise of Korina BG, continuing the operations and track record within the European Union.

Today

Dublin-based platform for principal investments and selected co-investments.
