What to include

  • Company / project name, jurisdiction, website (if any)
  • One-paragraph summary of the business and the opportunity
  • Amount sought, instrument, and proposed use of proceeds
  • Key metrics or traction to date
  • Sponsors / management team and their track record
  • Timeline and current status of the process
